Questions, answered plainly

Does it need a SIM card?

No. ZeroLoss has no SIM slot and no mobile data of any kind. It reaches you through the Find My and Find Hub networks that Apple and Google already run on hundreds of millions of phones.

Is there any monthly fee?

None. You pay once for the device. There is nothing to renew, recharge or subscribe to, and no way for us to bill you again.

Does it work if my phone is Android?

Yes. The tracker is dual-system, so it is visible to both Apple's Find My and Google's Find Hub. There is no iOS version and no Android version to choose between, and one model works with either phone.

How long does the battery last?

Up to about twelve months on a single CR2032 coin cell, depending on how often the tracker is woken by passing phones. The cell is user-replaceable and costs a few rupees at any general store.

Will it work in small towns and villages?

Yes. The moment any Android phone or iPhone comes within range, the position updates in real time - a village road counts exactly the same as a city street. What changes from place to place is how often a phone passes, not how quickly the tracker reports once one does.
